Standard type and low temperature curing type are available.

High gloss (over 80%), semi-gloss(50-80%),matt(20-50%),texture(below 20%) are available. Gloss also adjustable according to user¡¯s demand.

Particle size distribution: 100% pass 150Ä¿ÊÖɸ

Leveling: 120-140

Curing conditions:

standard:        180¡æ(surface temp. of treated article) x 15 min.

low temperature: 160¡æ(surface temp. of treated article) x 15 min. (high gloss)

•Coating film performance

•Advantages and disadvantages

1.        Good leveling. Coating film is extremely even.

2.        Coating film is strong and tenacious, has god compliance.

3.        Coating film has good bondability and impact resistance.

4.        Good at electrostatic spray coating. A thin coating film can be obtained.

5.        Good heat and yellowing resistance.

6.        Aging resistance is not good. There¡¯s chalking after long outdoor exposure.

7.        Average coverage 9-12 m²/Kg. Coating thickness 60um(calculated based on 100% powder usage).
